Of Team Bailey
Kara
Kara is a talented hard driven pup with a heart of gold and loves to free run with her teammates before a run. With her vast experience on the trail she is a wonderful addition to the team.
Rohn
Rohn is a great team dog that drives hard and loves to play with his neighboring teammates.
Ryan
Ryan is an up and coming bad ass. After his first Iditarod last year he has blossomed into a confident and capable lead dog with his partner Senator showing him the ropes. He holds great promise for the future of Team Bailey.
Jim
Jim is a goofy and noisy as it gets prior to a run. He loves to joke around and play and is all business as soon as the harness comes on. This will be his first Iditarod and he shows great promise!
Coco
Coco or as we call him un poco loco is the youngest on the team and he has definitely earned his spot. He is still growing out of his goofy demeanor but his strength, ability and natural gift can’t be questioned.
Cherry
A big love and is here for the belly rubs Cherry is a great team dog and from time to time helps out in lead.
Bubbles
Over the last season Bubbles has blossomed into a great reliable lead dog with her best friend Cherry. Those two are like peas in a pod especially when it comes time to free run.
Senator
Senator is a hard driving and smart lead dog that is a joy to have on the team. His favorite pastime is playing with and carrying around his rubber ball.
Judy
Judy might be 9 years young but man she is a rock solid sled dog! This will be her final Iditarod run as she would just keep on going if we let her. She has a hard drive and an even bigger heart. Over the years her spunk, cheerleading and leading skills has become an asset that we will miss dearly when she retires.
Oak
Oak is a smiling and goofy team dog that puts his all into every run. He enjoys a good butt rub and all the attention he can get.
Dudley
Dudley or as we like to call him Duddle B is as rock solid as they get. At 9 years old he is a solid member of the team and fills in wherever needed without question. Every morning he enjoys rolling around in his yard showing us that age is just a number.
Nate
Nate is a great lead dog and his love for being one is shown through the amount of necklines he chews through in a season. We swear that in his previous life he was a beaver lol.
Carrigain
Carrigain is a spunky and shy team dog that has surprised us at every turn. She is as tough as they get and even after 1,000 miles of trail it looks like she just went for an easy jaunt.
YoYa
Small but mighty are definitely the words I would use to describe this little lady. She enjoys being in point and lead and uses her small size to stay on top of freshly fallen snow.
Palm
Palm is a sweet and playful point and lead dog. She loves being an auntie to the Kobuk litter and romping around after a run.
Hera
Hera is a reliable and hardworking team dog that loves her job and a good trail snack.

Monty
Everyone is always drawn in by Montys blue eyes and sweet demeanor.
Diesel
A ruff and tuff sled dog that enjoys playing with his brother Mack.
Halo
Halo is as sweet as could be and loves to lead with her best friend Slough. Semi retired she still loves to run and go to races.
The Kobuk Litter
Born on 6/9/23 the Kobuk crew are getting bigger each day. Four boys three girls each of their names represent a checkpoint on the famous Kobuk 440 that I competed in last year. From left to right there is Ambler, Kobuk, Noorvik, Kotzebue, Selawik, Kiana and Shungnak.
Franc
Our always ready and dependable Franc. This dog can run any length race and be barking and ready to go as soon as we stop. Wheel position is his go to spot and year after year.
Odyssee
Sweet and snuggly Odey likes to give hugs and free run on our land.
Chien
Chien is a trusty leaders who is helping to train leaders as well as lead our recreation and shorter mileage teams.
Slough
Dependable lead dog and lover of butt rubs Slough is enjoying his semi retirement coaching new lead dogs and taking on the occasional race.
Bourbon
Bourbon is enjoying semi retired life and exploring his recently discovered talent of being an aweseome lead dog.
Grayback
Grayback is enjoying his retirement life and enjoys trail walks and toys!
Trinity
Trinity is as sweet as they come with a high drive to run in a small package. She recently was put on our recreational team as it seems she is best with smaller mileage runs and is currently seeking an adoption home where she can thrive as a house dog for a loving family.
Greg
Greg (AKA Dad Dog) is a smart and kind lead dog that is currently enjoying semi retirement on our recreational team.
Sarah
Sara is working on her leading skills and building up mileage we hope to see great things from here in the future.
Liberty
Liberty is a spunky little girl who loves to run for fun.
Jullian
Julian is an awesome wheel dog with a high drive. We decided it was in his best interest to join the rec. team for the rest of the season as he finishes catching up with his growing body lol.
